Yes! You can order just the Health Tests from us, which includes your report and custom recommendations which we create based on your results. 

However, our customers have found greater impact from our Superfood supplement mix. A test gives extremely valuable insights from which we derive a recommendation. In order to create the greatest positive impact on your health we want to make your recommendations as actionable as possible. You can then track your health improvement over time.

Your blood replaces approximately every four months, so we recommend retesting your every 4 - 6 months to make sure the recommendations, including the Superfood mix, is working for you. Our nutrient needs tend to change even without intervention, which can be purposeful or natural. For example, many people who benefit from a vitamin D supplement in the winter may not need one in the summer.

Once you have your report, we'll begin preparing your personalized Superfood Myx. It takes approximately 1-3 business days to assemble and deliver your monthly supply of your blend.

This depends on shipping and other factors, but typically you will receive your results within a few days.
